Ever hear of Napster, the groundbreaking program which allowed clients to put thier music collections in an online database? Good idea, K-rapy implementation. Along came the guys from Nullsoft with an idea to create a distributed network with no centralized server for sharing all types of multimedia files. Unfortunately, the idea was killed by their parent company (AOL). Let's face it, if someone bought me out for a few mill, I'd kill a few projects too. Read more about gnutella here.

Decrypt DVDs!

Well, someone has done it. The weak DVD encryption scheme has been reverse-engineered. What does this mean? It means that you can now watch DVDs on machines that the DVD industry doesn't feel the need to support (like the Linux machine that served this page). Power to the people! Update: The DVD industry has filed a restraining order to prevent the distribution of this code. Fight the man by downloading a copy and mirroring it on your site.

Somebody set up us the bomb!!! Play the game that started the All Your Base Are Belong To Us craze of 2001. Includes the ROM and the Sega Genesis emulator required to play the game. Don't skip over the intro... it's the best part! Now move 'ZIG' for great justice.
